MMA/BJJ Int. Summercamp 2010
05.07-11.07.2010 are the dates for the big Estonian Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu summer camp.
Last year’s camp was a succesful event with all the participants happy:) This year we want to take it even further via having more different options for training - you can focus on striking or grappling or both, choose weather you are interested in MMA cage-specific training or not, which lectures to listen etc.
We very gladly welcome You to participate:) It is the biggest MMA/BJJ training camp this summer in the Baltic region and one of the biggest in Scandinacia.
List of coaches includes all top Estonian instructors:
- standup instructors from Tallin’s 3D Gym - Vallo and Kristjan who have been both boxing extensively and following MMA specifics as well
- grappling instructors Priit Mihkelson and Martin Aedma - SBGi brownbelts in BJJ
- MMA coaches Ott Tõnissaar and Jorgen Matsi - pioneers of the sport in Estonia
- Also workshops on physiotherapy and sport psychology for fighting and just loads of good training and good time:)
